dnet signatures
« on: June 07, 2005, 11:13:59 pm »
I made a bunch of dnet signatures for everyone to use. Pick the one you like
and feel free to use it. Use it as a link on your website, as a signature for this
forum or any other forum you go to. Heck, print them out and use it to wrap
fish. Enjoy.   ;D

EDIT:
The pictures have been uploaded to the dnet image library so the signatures
are ready to be used.

Very Cool Dallas! -- If I might ask a dumb question about singatures in the profile.  There's space for text and BBC code and I don't know how i get the image in there??  -- not familiar with BBC code - is there an image tag or somesuch?  where would I upload my sig file if I created one?

ThanX for any light you can shed!

Heya Bartock. Gonna use dnet1.jpg in this example so just change the filename to whichever one you like to use.
The address is:

http://www.dynaverse.net/downloads/Images/dnet1.jpg

Now, near the top of the screen, click on Profile. Then on the left side click on
Forum Profile Information. Scroll down to the Signature box and put the URL for
the pic you want inside an IMG tag.

Code: [Select]
[img]http://www.dynaverse.net/downloads/Images/dnet1.jpg[/img]
Click the Change Profile button at the bottom and you should be set.

Enjoy.   ;D

That's great Dallas.... hey, any chance you can make one with a profile of a D7? Or pieces of a Connie blowing to pieces... :flame: I usually do this stuff myself, as you can see with my pic, but since you started it, I don't want to steal your template for my own design.....

I'm not sure, I did put the in, but after trying 3 different ones, all that shows is the white box with each one.
interesting that in the quote, the white box shows as well...

right click on the pic and 'save image as' to your HD, then send it back up to your own hosting site and copy the link, then in signatures type {img}your picture link here{/img} (with brackets), or right click the image and 'copy shortcut' and paste in between the img flags in your signature.

and your done.

If you have a photobucket.com account, that would work to get a link for your picture. Tinypic.com would work too, and you don't need to register or anything.
