Title: Logging into ftp.xenocorp.net

maybe I'm just intellectually challenged but I've been attempting to log in and when I follow the instructions that state;
"To view this FTP site in File Explorer: press Alt, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in File Explorer."

I get a box asking for username and password.  I enter my Dynaverse.net information and get nothing.  so could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Some general information...

For best results, use an ftp application, not an internet browser.

"User name" is not your log-in name for this forum. A valid user name is "sfccomm" for ftp.xenocorp.net or ftp.dynaverse.net and the password is "Taldr3nRulz". Or you can access the files anonymously.
