Microsoft donates $100,000 to the Apache Foundation
Contributes source code to PHP
Extends patent pledge to more standards modifies it to be compliant with software released under the GPL.

A minor quibble that may just be a web page update away.
This promise applies to all versions of these specifications existing as of the promise date, October 16, 2006.
It would have been nice if they had updated the date of the supported stanadards to be current. Ideally do so on a month to month or at least quarterly basis. Definitely improved though.
