Title: Quinto, Nimoy to portray Spock in newest Trek feature

By my count, that's nine actors who've portrayed Spock in canon productions. That's got to be a record.

Post by: Panzergranate on September 17, 2007, 09:06:08 am: I don't know why they don't explore the pre-TOS period between the 1964 pilot with Captain Pike and the "Where No Man Has Gone Before" TOS pilot?? This would allow them a clean sheet. They could also have an attempt to clean up some of the huge series continuity errors tha ENT has with TOS, TNG and DS9.

Maybe explore a younger Kirk's stint on the Republic or follow some of the other principle character's careers.

Maybe just set a series in the Daedalus period. There is enough space in the early Trek timeline for interesting new series.
