OK So Ive (kinda) got a group of guys locally who might want to try out F& E.
I (think) I still have the basic set somewhere, so after I track it down I'll need tha 2k rulebook.
NOW
I notice that the SFB website has a bunch of "expanded" modules.
Do they all contain sheets we'll really need?
I remeber running out of some ships with just the basic set, but will we likely need all the
expanded editions or just some of them?

Hexx, the basic edition is all you need.
Heck you dont even need counters ( a friend of my tried it, we logged every thing, and used a couple handmade map w/ grease pencils!)
Have fun, all my fellows who played moved away (they the only ones with the patience. I know a couple grognards, who have never played, but they doing war of the roses then gettysburg next and generally dont go for sci fi themed games. What is odd, they have watched sfb being played, but it does not resonate with them. (they would like to rewrite the rules- when I explained it to them, they that type of gamer)
