I was thinking the Hickman could be the standard NCL.
And the standard Miranda models could be just that. The NCM TMP model like the reliant...
Now as for the NCA, I'd REALLY like to see a Miranda like P81's have added a third smaller nacelle like that on the Chicago class. The underside texture would have to lose the Impulse blue part for the Warp pylon...

Nah. I'm quite happy with the NCL I've worked up based on that other thread's NCA. I'd rather keep that.
Morale of story: different tastes.. .. but you get to pick wyou YOU like best.

I think its a grweat modern SFB design, but it looks too much like the stock taldren FF model with a 3rd warp appendage. I dont like that.

Here's another take on a 3 Narcelle version by Phil Giuanta.....
U.S.S. Hawkeye NCC-1972
I already have permission from him for model conversion if anyone is interested

I'll give that design 2 thumbs up...

Yeah, something like that, but just stick the 3rd warp underneath...
I dunno... mb a 3rd smaller warp engine wouldnt look all that great?

IMHO if your going to add a 3rd narcelle to a Miranda don't make it a smaller one ,I don't think that would look cool at all, especially underneath between the two normal sized narcelles
Actually 3 narcelles underneath the Miranda hull period doesn't appeal to me.

I am torn. I LOVE that new Chicago class (might actually make me fly a New Crusier on a D2) but I also LOVE P81's Miranda and have used it for years.
That new NCL fits the bill perfectly for a 'TMP SFB" ship.
Decisions, decisions, . . . .

Make the NCM a practical ship and maybe the Miranda model won't dissapear all together

for a three nacelled Miranda design i would use the Comanche class
and i made a Miranda variant some time ago for Armada that could be of interrest for you guys

i like it like that, mostly with 4 megaphaser on the hull, that make it a little more powerfull.
when it will be ready?

In TREK Fandom (Jackill's, Mastercom Data, ect.) This 3 nacelled Miranda/Avenger design was called the ADREFT (Avenger Design Refit) program. They basically tried to make a pocket DN out of a basic Miranda Hull. This vessel did not have the desired results, and so the project was shelved.
