Title: SFC3: Scale and mass.

I got a mod of the Romulan Valdore class ship.  The problem is that it's way too big and has way too much mass (as in too much ability to refit it).  Is there a way to reduce it's mass and scale it down?  Or is there a more reasonable version of this mod out somewhere?  Thanks in advance.
