In the destroy the replication facility mission, I cannot get the away team to beam down. I have closed within 1 range unit, I have manually dropped shields, I have scoured the system of romulans, destroyed the planetary shields and warp core. Is this due to the same issue that does not allow you to display the all weapons panel after switching to transporter panel? Help please.

I came up with an odd solution. I hit the planet with a hit and run mission which miraculusly unjammed my transporter. I was just trying to find out if the damn thing worked
