Anyone know who made these ?

Cause I'd like permission to release these.

I've cleaned up the square that would appear around the firing ship, the rectangle around the burst, removed the secondary burst as it would appear at odd angles in 3rd person shots and reduced the "muzzle flash" that appeared at the firing hardpoint (Like in the second screencap).

Wow! Those are pretty cool. I really like the red ones. Really makes the Disruptors look mean. I also was meaning to change the effects for the Hydran Fusion beam. Never really liked how taldren made it look like some lighting a flame under my @ss whenever a Hydran shoot his blue fusion beams at me. I made some wher it looked more like a narrow beam for SFC1 but I lost the texture now. I think I might recreate it now.
