Well, if this is the Activision I know, It will probably be the "star trek elite force: extreme beach volleyball edition" (and I really miss the ":rolleyes:" icon.) instead of GaW. (I am sorry, but I have little faith in game publishers nowadays.)

Sorok, Point well made. I understand there are still issues (especially with balance). But, those are unfortunately unavoidable. It's not a quest for perfection, it's a quest to get as close to perfetion as possible given the circumstances.

And I must agree with jimmi, SFC3's patch history (or lack thereof) is not reflective of TALDREN's commitment and professionalism. Taldren had a pretty free reign with SFC2, and look at the efforts (which still continue today) to patch that.
It's not always nice to point fingers, so I won't...

Common Activision hurry up with the real deal patch!  I want to play SFC 3 online soon like sometime this year already.

Sorry just getting tired of waiting here.

I have had the beta patch since it was released. But I do still see goofy things like cloaked ship being given away by a ships turn radius graphic and some wierd lag when ever I'm changing out ship loadouts and after a battle is finished. The beta patch fell short in these area's but hopfully these things will be fixed in the next patch thats why I'm a bit anxious for the next patch.

Yea, it was an accedent, but they thought it looked cute so they kept it. I think one of the Taldren guys said that somewhere on the old forum.
