Why oh why doesnt EAW save screenshots to a dir?

oh com'n, don't tell me it's hard pickout bitmap files name SCR####.bmp out of the root directory?

truth be told, SFC2 is two years older than SFC3. Guess teh dev's didn't think of those yet.

they dont show in the root, hehe, at least mine dont, i've looked everywhere

Dang its been a while but I thought you could save screenies with EAW.

Oh sorry. I misspoke.

I didn't mean "root" root. (C:\) I meant "root of the game" (if that makes sense...) "C:\Program Files\Taldren\Starfleet Command II\".

the files should be called "SCR00000.BMP" and so on.

and you use F12 (same as SFC3) to take screenshots.

oh, heh, yes, i was talking about that root too, and i made a little mistake.  I feel quite dumb now, i was using printscreen

As a side note, any of you guys who use Roger Wilco for voice comms and left F12 as your transmit key, might want to change your transmit key. And then go into that directory and clean out the several 100s of Megs of screenshots you've inadvertantly taken. :P

I understand the Romulans prefer to use the "Z" key for transmit ....this comes from their principle of " If I told you, I'd have to kill you."
