Strange threads? Sure. We are strange people!

Yahoo!GamesOnDemand was "renting" SFC3 over the internet. And it offered the SFC3 manual for download in PDF format.

Back when SFC2EAW was first released (and pirated over the internet) there was no PDF manual for the pirated version. Some players came to the forum to ask for the manual for download, claiming that "they lost their manual". The general consensus was that they pirated the game. (I have _no_proof_ that anyone did in fact pirate the game, I am not making specific accusations.)

The Fool I was, after seeing SFC3 manual is offered for download as PDF, I commented "At least we won't see any more 'I lost my manual' threads".

And someone took that and ran with it...


BTW, had you been here a year ago, you should've seen the "... was unrealistic" spree. Almost every topic on the first page is titled "[something] is unrealistic"...
