BTW, Kroma, Gwarlock taught me something today about patience.... he lost... come get some

never mind the fact that I was in a Praetor Heavy Dred and he had a Gorn BCH....  also never mind that Tracey waited at range 100+ for me to soften him up before she swooped in for the kill.... I OWNED that lizard!!!!

also btw... I was not here

   Yes, I lost.

       Lessons taught:

   1) Proper use of scan probes.

   2) Proper timing of a WW release.

   3) How to pimpslap a superior foe.

       Lessons learned:

   1) 1v1v1 usually equals 2v1.

   2) Range eleven tractors are unbreakable.

   3) Don't zig when you should zag.

   4) 1 BCH does not equal the firepower of 2 heavy dreads.

   5) Forget the high road.  When someone says bpv limit of 300, buy the freaking PFdread.

     It was a well played match, Max.  We bloodied ourselves up pretty good before the sheila showed up.  Last look at your ship showed 3 shields down, 2 red, one double yellow.  I was actually surprised I lasted so long.    Glad you're an ally on SG3.

Every so often while sitting in the OP room I pop into the EAW lobby and see a few D2 names, but don't really feel like touting for OP players (oh the shame). Look for the room called Generations and be prepared to play 4 games as the same empire. Early 110, Mid 160, Late 210, Adv 260. One point for the kill, half for driving off the enemy. Four battles to the rubber, pick a new empire for each subsequent rubber.

Actually four games is not a rubber, but if you drop the Adv game it is.

Cleaven, do you have FireSoul's shiplist and missions loaded? I'll keep an eye out for you next time I go on GSA, but those are what I have currently loaded in OP

Went there to see if I could engage you in a little plasma ballet...but alas, all I found was an empty tutu.

Best,

You instilled the fear of the Gorn in me LOL   That BCH is a nasty ship... exchange one of your S's for an R and it would've been my equal in armament  I only started to close when I heard internals.  Of course, Tracey did too and when she went off you were toast.  Sniped my kill <sniff>

I use the latest OP+ shiplist and run a series of FFA's in the following terrain sequence:

Asteroid Belt Large;
Black Hole Large; ( a surprise for some people)
Open Space Large;
Asteroid Field Large.
