Well, it was decided that you guys really needed to klnow what hard and bad were really like.  There was too much complaining about how tough it is to be a Fed, so it was decided that the Feds would get shown the Klingon lot in life.

Ummmm, remember that SSCF flew Klingon in IDSL, we do know.
