Is there anyway to change the hollow ships in SFCOP into solid floating ships like starbases in SFC3 or asteroids and planets , I hate running thru ships and I want to experiment with it

If so how?

????????? Why would you want to do that? You do realize that the ships in SFC only take up a tiny fraction of space in the game. Although they may look big, they are actually very small compared to the planets (maybe 1/10,000 the size they should be). That is why they don't run into each other, its because the odds of them running into each other are very unlikely.

Have you tried changing the "Class Type" in ShipEdit to Planet? I never have, but that might do it. If it's by changing hull type, then you're out of luck. Unless you put the ship into the game through a script.

and isn't planet class in SFC "indestructable"?
An bunch of indestructable ships... not a pretty sight.

I've played ramming/solid ship in Klingon Academy, didn't like it.

replace the asteroid model with a ship. um when you hit it you'll blow up

What is up with bridge commander. I looked in every store here. No one has it. Best Buy, CompUSA, Walmart, Target, Toys R US, local game store at mall. No body. Its just over a year old right? What gives?
