What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to get another avatar, so I'm trying a Taldren one, but it won't let me, it keeps saying "invalid picture type"

EDIT: ok, nevermind, I got it... it's that damn space at the end of the link!!  I didn't pay attention when I copy-pasted it... eeh
