Well, it's Atrahasis' model.  He used to have a site up from which it could be downloaded.  No longer.

I'll be happy to e-mail it to anyone who wants it.  II know I can put my hands on the "Dogmatix" modified version.  I might even have the original (without my insignia and kill stamps that are on the side panel of the wings).

Just specify your preference and I'll send what I can.

Send me yours, Dog.  That way, everytime I blow one up, I can think of you.

I have broken down the original large-sized file into two seperate .ZIP files each weighing in at less that 900K.

Gotta love Atra's old-school stuff. When I'm in the TOS mood, he's typically my first choice...

I think the Connie and the Ptolemy tug are still on his site http://www.geocities.com/atrahasis1/index.html

The Coventry fcl isn't iirc, and I have some of his other stuff that isn't (I'm a model whore, ask Tracey), so if ya like, email me. You can also catch me on msn.

Btw, Dog, love the side panel.

I prefer the TMP era myself... got a great model (P81 I think) where you can see the observation deck of the Enterprise on the lower hull....

Also, it would be really great if you could add things to the ships that would show up sort of like the custom patches in MW4.

I could see the front end bumper sticker on a Hydran Fusion ship.... "If you can read this, you are about to be hurt!"

Nice pics Doggy, but I like the 3 nacelle version myself.  Either  is a fine looking model.....

Of course, some people know, when flying Fed, I like flying the USS Crasher.   Thanks to Wanderers texturing skills and P81's nice Enterprise model, I get a result like this

That's Father Ted and I coming home after a hard days work on the server....LOL !

One other model of note (and I have sooooo many), is this nice Rom BC.

I could go on and on....but  heheh.

Soon you will have both

The D5W and DWC will have seperate folders from the rest of the D5 series... You may put what models you want into these new folders.

Yep..I have the D5W model, too, Jeffy.  It's every bit as sweet.  I just figured that since I rarely if ever fly the D5W or DWC..it doesn't make much sense to use a model with the center warp nacelle since the D5, D5C and D5L have none.

I prefer the TMP Era models as well...though I think P81 goes a little crazy with warp nacelles on some of his Fed models.  Overall his work is definitely among the best.  I still use stock Taldren models for all fed ships, though.  I just never got around to changing any of them out.  Some day....heheh

I would think the K-D5W and K-DWC would use the same models.  DWC is based upon D5W and realy only adds a couple of systems..nothing that would, in my mind, change the hull much.

The difference between these two and the other D5 variants, of course, is the addtion of the center warp.
