I took out the network card and reinstalled my internet connection and old network card as well.

I know this is not the answer most people are looking for because ICS is supposed to work, but at this time the most reliable way to get multiple PC's to share a cable modem is to get a Linksys router and follow the various posts about setting them up. Otherwise you kind of have to take pot luck that other solutions are going to work for you.  


And you get a firewall too.
