This may or may not be a limited-time bonus, but as of right now, all new accounts on Reclamation will get CL/CW ships. If you haven't managed to get into one of those with your initial account, feel free to create a new one.
I decided to go with the light/war cruisers since the regular players were already in these (or better), and the longer we got into the campaign, the harder time newcomers would have competing.
