To explain my sig...
« on: April 16, 2003, 03:07:28 pm »
I'm talking about below the part about what Data said. I want to start off by saying that DS9 the series was cool. But I only saw like 10 episodes of it. So I figure the if the new TNN has TNG then it might be able to get DS9.I'm trying to convince them to get DS9.So everybody who wants to see DS9 again and has the new TNN, send a feedback message to the new TNN's website at thenewtnn.com. But it might be easier to get a romulan to give up his cloaking device.

I would like to see TNN feature DS9, but I won't get my hopes up.

I guess I'm lucky that I have local network that shows DS9 episodes (although 2:30 PM isn't a convenient "Prime Time" slot)

Give it your region, and it should tell you if there is a DS9 station near you

Mine is WFMZ Philadelphia

I believe it has been said that TNN will air DS9, along with Voyager.

It will be atleast 2004, though, if not 2005. Voyager a year or two after that.

You should live in the UK, much easier to watch Trek.

TNG - 6 episodes on every Saturday/Sunday Afternoon, 3 on each day. 2pm-5pm

Voyager - 2 episodes every weekday, early evening. 4pm-6pm

DS9 - As always, the best Trek show gets the worst slot (good thing there are such things as video tapes), 6am weekday mornings.

Enterprise - Series 2 is on Mondays 8pm.

TOS used to be at 6pm on E4, but the "any cult/sci-fi show" hating channel 4 took it off. This is the same network that is making sure Enterprise is unsuccessful on free to air TV by putting it on at 6pm on a Sunday Afternoon. I reckon that has to be the worst slot you can find, I think even the 11pm slot would draw more viewers.

TNN, soon to be called "Spike TV." LOL, how foolish. Oh well, if they bust out with DS9 (which i'm sure they will; they are owned by Viacom, Paramount's parent company), then the name won't matter to me. "fire quantum torpedoes!!" Die Jem'Hadar scum!!
