Before.  One of my pet projects was the Galaxy class.  I'm no artist, but I was
able to tweak-up the exsisting model and make it somewhat better.  If you go
back to some of the pre-release screens you might be able to tell the difference.
Also, I was given the task of minor items like changing the B'rel into a K'vort.
