New Mission Script option for ISC Inv.

Anyone, that breaks down due to a failed HET in a mission on the ISC Inv. server will receive the following message:  

"What a piece of junk!!  10,000 pp has been deducted from your account for your stupidity."

Accompagnied by the following ISC taunts:

 "PAAAA-THHeetic!!",  "You are useless..."

In addition, all ISC players will get the I-BCV as their starting ship.
