All those have gone above and beyond.

Well, without Magnum, we would all be left in 2.0.1.3 for ever.
For all the others only good words can be said.
NW, the mission man
or CJ the mod man,

How about Jim who paved the way,  Hydran campaign of whom is SFC1 at its absolut, VERY best.

PS, Firesoul, you get the peoples' vote , don't worry! :-)

PS 2. Taldren also went above and beyond.

And to make matters worse for the opposition, (whoever that may be)

3rd Person UT 2003 engine, with shadowrun built in, IT 'S GONNA HURT.

IIRC, that would be stuck at 2007 forever...
KM folks ran the 2011 open beta.

Darkmatrix. Don't worry, your work is appreciated by the fans. Taldren can only pick some many folks at a time...

Just when yer feeling jaded, you've seen it all.  the Onuie of it asll has taken you...these doggone troublesome Taldren types go and do something phenominally cool.  And ya know, if its not them, it the fans..

Jim, Chris, Dave, James...

Very well deserved.  (poor cris jones won't be able to sit still for a couple weeks now!)

Jim who opened the way with the very first user made missions (for the first game...SFC-I)
Chris, who has become a one man MOD monster....  Be in awe...his mods are bigger then some games!
Dave Wessels.  Code slapper extrordinair!  And he teaches the stuff besides..dear god I'd like to have him for a couple semesters!  I'd go back to school just to learn from him.
James...  Firsts appear to be what your life creates... keep creating!

To all you guys from one of the old gronards.

Thanks, and very well deserved!

Must be a typo there Nanner. I'll correct it:

Wow...what a totally cool idea!

Congratulations to the award recipients!  You've all certainly earned the recognition by making the SFC series significantly better through your tireless efforts.

Enjoy the loot, too...looks to be pretty significant!

Wow... this is a really unexpected honor.  I have gotten so much joy and pleasure out of SFC since I first stumbled onto the forum for it (months before the first SFC1 demo).  I really feel like I have already been repaid a thousand times over for my contributions to the community - this is just an incredible surprise.  I would like to thank everyone who had input into the selections, and offer congratulations to the other winners (and the runner-up's as well... there are so many people I could think of that have really done a lot to make this game enjoyable for everyone).

Thank you!

I've been away for a while, but I know the difference these guys made in my experience with SFC and SFC2.  It's good to see people who've made a positive difference get some well earned kudos.

I've been on many boards, and rarely have I seen a community where so many of the original contributors are still making a difference.

Congratulations.

Now, maybe I can find the time to play again....

Congratulatuions to all.

Now, I'll do this because I see Raven has not already.

I'll nominate DreadlordGW, Raven, Gambler and myself for auxilliary support for our SETI contributions.

After a couple weeks of delirium tremons (weening myself from running a fleet called iCoP) I popped in here and saw this. I know of the contributions that all these fine people have made and thank them all, but want to say a special thank you to MagnumMan, who was one of the people I had the pleasure to get to know while playing the game and who always took the high road.  Thanks for everything!
