Repost of prior ideas

From prior board  I gotta 'bump' these ideas

Everyone sets their speed in their game by a box with options like this

A)  T1+
B)  Cable/DSL
C)  56k modem
D)  28k or Try not to host

On connect to a mission, the game selects the person with the best connection rating to host it.
