That is an error code for a model. Most likely a break model. We encountered a similar issue with one of our station models for our Typhon Pact mod when we updated it with the HD reShade patch that comes with the dgVoodoo for Windows 10. What we had to do was reduce the complexity (number/detail of the pieces) of the break model, recompile it and it fixed the issue.
If you want to verify a specific model, try loading the model that you suspect is causing the issue. If it crashes, then that is the model causing the error. Unfortunately, if you have several models having issues, the error will generate and crash the game on the first model it finds that is in conflict.
If you are playing the stock game, you shouldn't be getting this issue though. The most current dgVoodoo + reShade for Windows 10 works without issue for the stock game. Only mods that have not been updated for use with Windows 10 or the reShade may encounter the problem depending on model rendering aspects, etcetera.
