EAW Dynaverse store no key

I purchased EAW off the dynaverse store several days ago and have not received a CD key.

What is the process for obtaining the key ?

I should mention that I have sent a PM to FA Frey XC 16 days ago, before I posted on here.

Did you send a msg via the customer service portal in the market?

I don't usually frequent the forums daily, so that would have been much quicker.
