SFC2 EAW Servers
« on: December 24, 2018, 02:29:12 pm »
Hello Everyone

I played Starfleet Command 2 EAW about 16 years ago on a server called "RedAlert" on this very site.  There was a lot of participation and was a heck of a lot of fun. I just found my old CD and installed the game and while I can play Single player I would love to play Multiplayer. However it seems as if there are no active servers for this game anymore at least that I could find.

Does anyone know of ANY servers around or even private LAN groups where I could join in?

Thank you All for your time.

MCG Ghostrider

There is currently 2 online campaigns being hosted: One for Sfc2Op (patch 2564), and another for SFC3 (hd&gamespy patch).
All new players are welcome.
Instructions for how to join them are available here:

SFC3 is a relatively good Star Trek game. It's like checkers.
SFC1/2/OP are great Star Trek games. They're like chess. Hard to master.
Most other Trek stuff is like tic-tac-toe, except for Klingon Academy.

As far as online activity? Orion Pirates would be the most popular version. An OP server could more or less copy the EAW experience by excluding highly advanced X-ships.
