Updated mod is available for download. It has been customized for use with Jan_B's Windows 10 fix, but Windows 7 users should have no problems. Some of the things we fixed:

Mission Glitches-
Convoy missions award points against mission objectives or randomly switch convoy against player. Every attempt has been made to correct this problem but to no avail. Normally, if you eliminate the escort ships first and then the convoy ships secondly, it will award points correctly. Debugging the game may correct the issue if it becomes problematic or you can omit the missions from you mod via the campaign folder, ignore mission when it cycles up to play or switch it out with a convoy mission that will work with the game.
Attacking planets in asteroid belts. One of the original test maps was accidentally left in game and sometimes cycles up at random. Until this can be resolved, it is recommended that when attacking planets in asteroid fields you save your current game prior to attacking the planet. Exit the mission via forfeit and reload your saved game until one of the corrected mission maps load.
Hostile Territory when playing as the Klingons. This mission will attempt to load and then lock up. Not certain if this is an issue for all players (we have not experienced an issue), but if you experience a problem, you can ignore the mission when it cycles up or remove it from your Klingon campaign in the Scripts folder. It is mission number 6. When you delete it, be sure to change the numerical sequences for the remaining missions after 6. Save and close the file. This will remove the mission from the Klingon Conquest missions.
