Talking Dinosaurs?

Today I saw an ad for the new Walking With Dinosaurs film which featured the dinosaurs talking.  I found a couple of articles saying they won't be talking, but then why the ad?  As a huge fan of the series, I've been looking forward to this, but I swear, if I see talking dinosaurs, I'm going to walk out and demand my money back.

When I heard they were making a Walking With Dinosaurs 3D movie, I was expecting something like this, but more epic.
