Topic: issue with sfc II and III

I recently downloaded the the SFC games, I have successfully installed SFC I, which works flawlessly on a Toshiba Satellite C 655D with Windows 7 64-bit, AMD Radeon HD 6200 display adapter and Norton AV, However I have issues with SFC II EAW and SFC III, They install just fine but when opened the intro plays fine until the loading screen pops up, they load for around 10-15 seconds and crashes to desktop, SFC II doe not display the "SFC II has stopped working" message but SFC III gives this error report when it crashes

I have tried compatibility, disabling AV, user privileges, run as admin and patch after patch but I keep getting the same problem, I even followed Panzergranate's instructions to a tee, but no success, I am new to star trek (Star Wars fan) and i would love to play these games. any help would be appreciated, any help that gets these great games running will be GREATLY appreciated.

PS Idont own a pc with XP, my laptop is the only machine I have, At least i can play SFC I, just started fed campaign.

Follow the portion to install on Vista, disregard the parts on the enhancement package since you just want to install the game. See if that helps.

Unfortunately still no result, It is as if SFC II wont play at all no matter what I try, I have directx 11 onboard, and did the instruction precisely but still the same problem, this time the game does not ask for cd ky and now it displays error message.
