No doubt many of you have seen this but I felt the need to share. I'm sure if you watch some of these videos you can learn some nice colorful metaphors in Russian...

Why does the media keep saying this meteorite blast has nothing to do with the astroid passing by?  ??

Because a separate asteroid passed by Earth roughly the same time the meteorite slammed into Earth's Atmosphere.

Yes, because they're unrelated events. According to, you know, rocket scientists. Not the media.
