10 ? "Happy birthday C-64"
20 goto 10

Man so many memories on that old machine. You ask a kid today about peeks and pokes, and they will think your talking about the Kardashians or something.

Poke 1024 was the first character location on the screen.

Best game ever: Raid over Moscow.

I thought the best game was Raid on Bungling Bay.  Good times.

Tandy 1000 was my first pc. GOD dos sucked! 2 days of what was then called codeing but it was really what you have to do to make the program or game work.  Disney Black cauldren was my first pc game . Good game damn hard to play even by todays standard. The refresh rate on the screen you could follow each line as it was "painted on the screen" took atleast 15 min to display an immage. I miss it  :-[

Thinking of first games. One I saved up for to buy for my apple was Warp Factor.  It was the game that caused all the legal problems for ADB.  Thus it was the first version of SFC. Used SFB rules and had ships from star wars and battlestar in it.
