Hello All
I need your help in locating the following Atrahasis model I don't seem to have it in my collection.

I have it in mine.

It has been a real pain trying to convert it to SFC 1 as although the textures land correctly on conversion, in the game some are missing.

I'll send it over when I figure which CD of download models I have it on.

I'll E-mail it to you when I locate it. The Vulcan influence in the design and its bizzare looks appeals to me.

If the textures aren't showing up, it may be that they are of an incompatible file format. I am guessing they are either *.jpg or *.png. If they are, try converting them to *.bmp.

Another possibility is that their size may not be right. Make sure they are 128 x 128, 256 x 256, 512 x 512, or 1024 x 1024.

If you find it, can you email it my way as well? Might be able to get them all showing correctly, and have recently reinstalled a copy of SFC1 to try testing it on. (Got a new system a bit ago, my first Vista system.. but a system I've wanted for a number of years, an XPS m2010).

Lets hope he still has it.

There are a few that I wouldn't mind getting from him.

By the way the reason I wanted this is that at the FRS forums Aridas Sofia is wanting to make a Web version
of the Federation Reference Series and needs 3d models of the various designs that went into the books as well
as many ships that haven't been seen yet. Here's the like to the forum article.

Good news.... Atrahasis is still alive as he replied to my E-mail.

Problems though as his converter tool thingee runs only on 3D Max Version 3 and now he has version 5.

The model is in his 3D max library, if I understood the message correctly.

Right, off to go and kill folks with my friends on X-Box 360 Battlefield 3 (The best FPS of 2011!!)

the 3dsMax4 plugins work with 3dsMax5 - it was v6 that the plugin breaks in.

Agreed.. tell Atra the news, and that if necessary, some of us are still running 3dsMax r3. So if an export needs to be done, we can do it.

Never saw the need to move past r3 and garage sales selling it come by pretty rare..
