What the heck is wrong with you guys?

I just watched an episode of Dexter and low and behold I see the episode unfold a women about to die and strapped to a harness of like the crucifiction with angle wings.  I know the Star Trek franchise has seen better days but come on!  Its basically refering to one of the largest battles in Federation History shortly displayed to my eyes.  No wonder you guys can't get this game running.  YIKES!  :(  If Steve Cole is alive, no wonder he is having some difficulty. 

I'm sorry to say... I'll have to skip watching Dexter for a while.

Oh no - I just don't follow what you're talking about - having only seen one episode of Dexter, relating it to SFC seemed non sequitor ><

I just want to know?

The death of sfc will NOT be the programers ect it will be the lack of fans so call it a add war at this point. Great game but no fans ????????? Fans mod the game moders make things better in most ways but moders for sfc now are FEW at best that means fans are the same.

The era and new tech dont help  but its a fact. Dynaverse needs to addup the ass to sell sfc agian to get more players .  Frey should talk to Mark Zuckerberg from Facebook and create a Dynaverse gameing app  :-X.

Sorry Magnum357 I am not - to you or your work I just wanted to know whats your thoughts in this thread so I posted in responce.

If you think that modding SFC, a game 12 years old, is nuts then you ain't seen nothing....

There are folks still modding X-COM UFO Alien Defence which is over 20 years old.

The same goes for Red Baron and quite a few other games older than SFC.

If a game has potential to be so much more than what the originators intended then it will always maintain a core fan base, occasionally being rediscovered by a new generation of fans.

I doubt if anyone will be playing Legacy after 10 years or bothering to mod for it.
