Dang it!  I can't choose!

OK, Robocop was a later film with much better production techniques, but Logan's Run had the old sci-fy wonder in it's dim vision of the future.  A lot more short skirts too!

Much as Robocop is more recognized today, I think Logan's Run was probably a better movie overall and had a bigger impact.
