The Fed Valkyrie fighter is from ST: Invasion and at least one version is available. There is  an x wing variant of the STOCK SFC RFT that was also used in that game. Both are at Battleclinic.

I don't recall seeing the Romulan one pictured here. Reminds me of the Xindi ships from Enterprise.
