I'll be glad to see it out, so far I have had literally zero time to do anything.  We started our weekend Saturday morning, were out until 11pm Saturday, slept, and left at 11am Sunday for a 600 mile trip out and back.  Got home at 1am last night.

None of this is helping me get models out.  :P

Well I've already decided that I'm not happy with the engines on my version as Moskva engines would be 50 years out of date by the time the Confederation entered service, so I'm either going to have a go at the ones on the plastic model as shown or use the type I modelled for the Horizon class that was launched within a decade afterwards. I could possibly claim it as an upgrade.

I checked the Sternbach Baton Rouge illustration in the book and the triangles are actually the same US Navy Ghost Grey as the rest of the hull. All I can say is perhaps they are escape pods. They could be painted yellow later as policy for escape pods I suppose. The top sensor dome is still transparent red though.

I'll post up the Horizon when I'm finished and satisfied with it.

The Klingons have many ways to fry a cat. I prefer to use an L7 Fast Battlecruiser!!

Okay, just have the base Connie texture to colour match a bit better, and then should be ready to send out.

Upper ship is the v2 (Connie hull and nacelles) and the lower is the v1 (Republic hull and Helena nacelles).  Also, have to do a smoothing repair from the looks of the primary hull.
