Out the back at the lab

Here's a picture of the water encroaching on the calibration laboratory at Offutt..we're sandbagged, but who knows...

That looks like trouble just waiting to happen. Did they have you store all the equipment / pack it up and move it, to a dry location?

Not yet...I'm in favor of leaving anything older than me on the floor   :laugh:   I have a wattmeter to calibrate tomorrow made in May of 1954..I'll snap a pic..why do they keep old things around..oh wait, I'm an old thing

yep, I used a Mod-28 teletype while I was in, it was an awesome machine.  Never gave me any trouble, no matter how much I kicked or hit it.  Now the IBM computer teletype it was replaced with, was a POS.
