R.U.S.E. - any good?
« on: September 07, 2010, 10:59:38 am »
Anyone on board with this game yet - it seems to appeal to me - in theory - on some of the same level that SFC does.

Anyone play the PC demo?

So far it's getting 80's+ pretty much accros the board by reviewers.

I don't think I've even heard of this one yet, I'll have to look it up.

It's a pretty solid war game, and the interface is beautiful, though it's a bit pricey for my wallet (so of course I pre-ordered it for just two more maps. :P).

The damning thing is finding decent people to play. The servers are healthy, but games require at least 15minutes solid commitment, and coordinating that across even 3-4 people is tough.

WHa???

You mean to start up a game I assume (and not how long it tkes to play a game?)

That seems a little quick - are some maps bigger than that??

Well - I don't know if I'd be decent at it - but I was really hoping to pick this up on the last steam sale - still just a little tooo rich for my blood tho...

How is the new free DLC? Sounds like a Blast!

Ok 50% off on steam and all DLC 50% off too...

$23.99 for the everything - just slightly out of my normal price range - but I'm seriously tempted...

What say ye fellow gamers - yea or nea?

Anyone else enjoying this and the DLC's?

I couldn't help myself - I went all in...

And I picked up Uplink to as the other daily deal - can't believe I never tried this gem of a game when it was first released.

These new Steam daily deals - combined with Mid Week Madness and regular Weekend Specials are gonna kill me I tells ya!

(don't even get me started about the insane after Christmas sales)

Pleasure overload!!! - PLEASURE OVERLOAD!!!!!
