It would be a cross between Hanna Montana and what we real nerds consider as sci fi now - or American Idol crossed with Stargate ... either way I do not want to live in a society where the possibility exists that one day discussions might be held to figure out who the better captain was, Willy Shatner or Justin Bieber.
Sci Fi can be put on hold for the current 14 and female demographic - maybe the next one will have better sense of things, allowing us old fart and male types the chance to see good sci fi again.
