It's being looked at.
It is being inspected in
excruciating detail. Without it, we have nothing. Vista/7 networking is pretty badly broken, one way or another, we will work around it. It will take some time, perhaps considerable, but we have actually started on it, I have been running trials since December. Two months in and I think I might be on the right track. No guarantees though. The complexity of the problem is
unparalleled in software development. Just identifying the problem is an immense task. It is not a simple flick of a switch by any stretch of the imagination.
I am confident that once solved, the information collected will be of significant value to Microsoft, however, they are not paying us. No one is, and it is well beyond the demands of a full time job. So the information will remain the intellectual property of XenoCorp Inc. unless any offers are made by Microsoft that are commensurate with the effort involved.
Our gaming community will benefit from a binary release to fix the issue(s) free of charge once it is accomplished.
