That's as pure as it gets. I'd pay a million bucks for Tony's guitar, if I had it. That axe defines my youth.

Used to be a huge black Sabbath fan also.

I mean who doesn't love War Pigs.

My elder brother was into Sabbath/Molly Hatchet/Deep Purple/Alice Cooper, and unfortunately for me we three brothers shared a room during this time. Other kids went to sleep with Disney melodies, me not so much.

I don't think it scrambled my brain too much. But I definetly can't handle loud base driven music. I'm certain I stared at the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album for too long; some things an elementary school kid shouldn't see. :crazy2:

Sabs are my favourte band ever. Had the pleasure of going to their 1997 reunion gig in their hometown of Birmingham, was an amazing night.

I think a lot of that was our age. Less responsibilities, no worrying about world affairs, etc.

It's funny, You spend your youth trying your damnedest to grow the hell up, and then you spend your older years reminiscing about ones youth.

Nativity in Black...

Being born in '55, I was around 12 or 13 when I got into Sabbath..as for Tony's guitar..I can play left handed, just not that well, and I prefer my Les Paul over the SG, but still some awesome playing.

And, one should not forget Deep Purple or Uriah Heep

Talking of Uriah Heep, I was at the High Voltage festival in London this year and Heep played the whole of Demons and Wizards album - it was the highlight of the weekend for me.
