Topic: Just got SFC 3... now... how to dyna?

I have a vanilla installation of SFC installed on my machine and have been having fun playing it the last few days.

I'd like to take part in the dynaverse but am not really sure how to do it... is GSA still running ?  I've read a thread from 2004 on the topic of getting involved but was wondering since that's 6 years old, is there any more up to date information available or do I just follow those instructions?
