since einstein, quantum theory has stated that gravitational mass and inertial mass must be the same. example in equations, the "m" in F=ma was the same as F=Gm1m2/r^2. this has been accepted information for a long time
that all changes today. seriously. the university at ulm, germany has done some extraordinary work and found that there are times when the are not the same. read the article. it is complicated and i cannot easily summarize it for you. awesome stuff.
