Topic: Adding ships to SFC:OP so they appear in the campaign

Hi everyone,

I've read over how to add ships into sfc/2/op. I've added a few ships into sfc Orion Pirates and they test perfectly fine in skirmish mode, and also show up in the star ship library but when playing in campaign mode I never come across my ships. I've even gone into shiplist.txt and changed availability from COMMON to MANY and still am just not seeing them. I've gone over the ship library while in the campaign mode and they do show up in there but never see my ships available in space-dock or ever see them just flying around. I've made sure the years of availability are set correctly via the shipedit program and have made sure I'm using the correct shipedit version for Orion Pirates.

Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to add the ship to the Meta shiplist, too. It should be in the Metaassets/ directory.

I think you just fixed my problem thank you very much. My custom ships are now appearing in the campaign.
