CPU equivalent/ranking chart?

Anyone know of a good chart showing the ranking/rating/equivalence of all the varies PC CPUs out there? Reson being I need to purchase some hardware that has a minimum Intel requirement but not sure what the equivalent AMD, laptop, and/or netbook processor is. Greatly appreciatted.
