Topic: question about unistalling and reinstalling to another computer

Hi folks. I just got the Mrs. a new computer and I was wondering if I am going to run into issues unistalling window home office/student 2007 from her old one and putting it on the new box. They are licensed per box, but if the old one is being taken offline is it ok to install on the new one? Same thing for Mcafee.  Thanks.

P.s. the office student and McAfee are liscenced 3 for boxes and all 3 have been used. (laptop etc.)
