Last week we cleaned out all the old unactivated accounts from the forums database. In the process it is possible that in progress registrations may have been interrupted (due to an oversight on my part). This is likely only to have happened to anyone who registered before last week and have not yet activated their account. I have verified that registration and activations are working properly after the cleanup from two different test email accounts.
So, if you have registered in the last week or so and did not receive an activation e-mail or an error on activation, then please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and give it another try.
