Does anyone have any personal experiences with them?  I'm thinking of buying a custom config laptop from them.  It's a hell of a price.  But I've found a few bad reports about them, but also found some good ones.

Most deal with customer service, but some deal with defective systems and parts, but again, I'm getting mixed reviews.

So I figured if anyone has ever had any dealings with them, and if so, should I give them my business or not.
