I dusted off SFC OP after I have been tinkering with retexturing Cleeve's old FASA Orion Lightening class. I wanted to update the Beastmaster Cartel version I did a few years ago.

I cannot find the original model online or the orginial README. So I could use some help with finding that.

This retexture uses Atrahasis' retextured FASA Orion Blockade Runner textures. I was thinking that there was a train of thought about the Federation ships having modular/interchangeable bridges and I thought I'd try that logic with an Orion pirate vessel.

I like the way it came out. I could see this in the Tigerheart Cartel's fleet.

I would remind folks that this is an OLD low poly model and would be one of many of the Non-Federation ships that could use a higher poly version. If the retextured command pod were raised as part of the model this retexture would be even better.

Certainly gives it a much more interesting appearance. I've been thinking of dusting off and tinkering with some of the old Hydran models myself.

No, it's not hollow in the middle.

The black textures cover up a major mesh issue that I can only see if I try to use CV to make SFC3 pictures for it or if I angle the ship just right in Taldren's mod viewer.

I've been looking for ships to fill out my X-ship mod. I play with X-ships with move bases 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 1, and 1 1/2. I haven't done anything with it in a year or so, but I'll be nice to have a new X-pirate.
